It’s the next best thing after 汉语风。 I find it hard to believe that this book is meant for students with only 100 hours of instruction, but it had a good level of new vocabulary and an interesting story as far as graded readers go.
Just wish it didn’t have pinyin in line with the 汉字, and where’s the audio CD?
